1. What we collect
Your email address and password (stored hashed), your account type (landlord or renter), and — for landlords — the name and phone number you choose to show on your listings. Listing details you post, listings and searches you save, and reports you send are stored so the site can work.
2. What is shown to others
A landlord's name and phone/WhatsApp number are shown on their listings — that is the only personal information shown publicly. Your email address is never shown to other users. Renters' saved listings and saved searches are private to them.
3. Email verification
We send a 6-digit code to verify your email address. Verification codes expire after 15 minutes and are deleted after use.
4. Cookies
We use a single HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in for 30 days. We do not run advertising trackers.
5. Your data
You can delete your listings at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account and its data, contact us and we will remove it. Reports sent to moderators may be kept for safety records after an account is deleted.
